Delivery Options - In the Continental US

UPS Ground

  • 1 to 5 business days from date of shipment

UPS Three-Day Select

  • Delivery by end of third business day from date of shipment

UPS Second Day Air

  • Delivery by the end of the second business day from date of shipment

UPS Next Day Air

  • Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination

Saturday Delivery

  • Depending on your location Saturday delivery service may or may not be available.
     

Delivery Options - Outside the Continental US

Pet Passages is headquartered in the United States and all products ordered on this website ship from our main office in the U.S. The only country Pet Passages ships to outside the U.S is Canada. Any items shipped to Canada from the U.S will be assessed additional charges for Canadian Duties and Taxes which are not invoiced or collected by Pet Passages at time of purchase. Please know that once the items clear Canadian customs, the receiver of the items will be notified and required to pay the assessed Duties and Taxes before items will be delivered. Shipping to Canada from the U.S can take up to an additional 10 days in order to clear customs. Pet Passages does not have any control over length of time for items to clear Canadian Customs and will not be held responsible for any delays in receipt of your items. Pet Passages does not have any control over assessed Duties and Taxes and is not responsible for these additional expenses.
